Technical support to widen your range of presentation tools
As long as you let us know what you need and we have it available, your delegate rate includes the use of all the following equipment :
- 1 x OHP and 2 x flipchart & pens as standard in your conference room(s)
- Lightweight video camera
- Video recorder and monitor for playback
- Choice of a carousel or long 35mm slide projector
- Black and/or white board
- Multimedia projector for video & computer data projection
- Tape recorder
- Broadband internet connection in some lecture and syndicate rooms
For additional tools, over and above the above, we can source them for you, at cost, for example:
- An additional camera (with video and monitor), or an additional computer projector
- Hire-in a special piece of equipment
In the unlikely event that a piece of equipment isn't available we can hire-in another for you at cost.
In each case, you'll know the cost in advance.
Secretarial, photocopying and faxing services
Secretarial help (within reason) is free!
Photocopying and faxing at reasonable rates.
Minute taking or all day secretarial attendance can be arranged from a local recruitment agency.
Also included in your rate:
- Paper
- Pencils
- Name plates and other stationery on request
