That’s why, as long as you let us know what you need and we have it available, your delegate rate includes the use of all the following equipment ...

  • 1 x OHP and 2 x flipchart & pens as standard in your conference room(s)
  • lightweight video camera
  • video recorder and monitor for playback
  • choice of a carousel or long 35mm slide projector
  • black and/or white board
  • multimedia projector for video & computer data projection
  • tape recorder
  • Broadband internet connection in some lecture and syndicate rooms

    There are only 3 reasons why you’d pay more ...

  • if you need an additional camera (with video and monitor), or an additional computer projector
  • if you’d like us to hire-in a special piece of equipment for you
  • in the unlikely event that a piece of equipment isn’t available, and you’d like us to hire-in another for you

    In each case, you’ll know the cost in advance, so you can decide if you want to go ahead. And for any equipment you ask us to hire in for you, you’ll pay at cost only.

    Secretarial, photocopying and faxing services
     These are all available to you in-house. Your photocopying and faxing involve some cost, but any basic secretarial help you may need from our team (within reason of course!) comes absolutely free!

    If you'd like fuller, more encompassing secretarial services ... for example minute taking, or all day attendance in your conference room ... we'll be happy to organise it for you with our contacts at local recruitment agencies.

    When you arrive, you'll find paper and pencils for your participants in your conference room(s). You can also have name plates and other stationery and materials on request. Just let us know in advance, and everything will be waiting for you when you arrive.
